How to know whether
Holistic Coaching or Holistic Counselling
would be best suited for you?
Example: Let’s pretend you have a big project to work on and you have the choice of a counsellor or a coach to help you with completing it.
Option 1
While working on your project, you realize your stress or anxiety is holding you back from beginning or completing it. You become aware that you need to release your stress or anxiety. You would schedule a Holistic Counselling session.
Option 2
While working on your project, you feel as though you have a healthy amount of stress or anxiety, but you don’t know what tasks need to be accomplished to complete your project. You would schedule a Holistic Coaching package.
